What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and (optional) email.
• Order details: product, name to print, colours, date, district if you choose delivery, and your notes.
• Photos you upload for the order (optional).

Why

Only to make your order and contact you about it. We never sell your data or send you ads.

Where it is kept

• A copy of the order in a protected database (Supabase, servers in Europe). Only Fann can read it.
• The order message in WhatsApp.
• Your name and number on your own device, so you don't retype them next time.

How long

Order photos are deleted after delivery. Order details are kept for one year (warranty and follow-up), then deleted.

Delete my data

Message us on WhatsApp "delete my data" with your order ref, and we delete it within 7 days.
